This project dives into the website of Icelandic Provisions and aims to give it more personality and whimsy and improve upon various sizing aspects. This redesign helps improve the readability and make it more appealing to health-conscious but adventurous consumers. This project began with research into the website as well as what makes Skyr special. From there, that knowledge was used to create watercolor designs in Adobe Fresco to display the nature of Icelandic mountains on the foggy horizon. These watercolor designs combined with a runic font bring the whimsical feel of Iceland and its ancient delicacy to the computer screen in Figma. The result is an interesting and readable website that gives users a taste of Iceland while advertising a traditional Icelandic product.
