This design brings a new look to Sun Chips packaging with more environmentally friendly paper bags and seed packets with the chips encouraging consumers to start their own garden. To create my design, I started by researching ways I could make their packaging more environmentally friendly and reusable. I found that the packaging could be made from paper and folded into an origami pot for planting the enclosed seeds. From there, I sketched out designs and settled on a layered paper look. In the end, the full set of designs turned out as brightly colored interactive packaging with advertisements to match.
